RATE INCREASE NOTICE
University Place Refuse Service, Inc. will be making an annual rate adjustment as allowed by contract with the City of University Place. The adjustment becomes effective March 1, 2025. The adjustment is made up of 2 parts: (1.) The dump fee increase by Land Recovery, Inc. from the current $174.84 per ton to $184.99 per ton, an increase of 5.8%%. (2.) A cost-of-living increase of up to 3.8%.
